The problem

Your customers are asking search who to call.

Nobody controls whether you appear in an answer on any given day, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. What you can check is whether AI can read your business at all. Nothing appears in any answer without that.

Check whether AI can read your site

A clinic owner with a phone held to her ear, holding a laptop in one gloved hand and pointing at the screen.

That is a frozen website problem, not a design problem.

Your site probably looks fine. That was never the issue. The issue is that it has not changed since the day it was built, and an assistant has no reason to put a business in an answer when it cannot tell whether that business is still doing what the page says.

Updating your site, start to finish

All you have to do is TAP.

Step 01 / Talk

Say what changed.

The way you would say it to a person. No portal, no ticket, no web guy to call.

Add that we now take Saturday appointments, nine to two.

This step is yours

Step 02 / Approve

Look over the draft.

IntuaSite wrote your words onto a private copy. Nothing on your live site has moved.

Hours: Mon to Fri, 9 to 5

+Hours: Mon to Fri 9 to 5, Sat 9 to 2

Step 03 / Publish

Make it live.

One tap and your live site says it too. Your site never moves until this moment.

Live in seconds.

Your customers now see the Saturday hours. That was the whole job, and all three steps were yours.

You, above the lineOurs, below it

  1. 01 Talk. Say what changed.
Automatic Your words appear on screen as you speak them.
  2. 02 Approve. Read it. Say yes or no.

  3. 03 Publish. One tap.
Automatic Goes live, gets snapshotted, and stays reversible.

Live

Three things are yours. The rest happens without you.

What changes for you

The change you have been putting off takes three steps.

Not because we made the work smaller, but because we took you out of the queue.

The usual way

Seven handoffs, none of them yours

  1. You email whoever built the site
  2. You explain the change in writing
  3. You wait
  4. They send back something close
  5. You explain it again
  6. You wait
  7. Then wonder when it will be live...

With IntuaSite

Three steps, all of them yours

  1. You say what changed
  2. You read the private draft
  3. You tap publish

No ticket. No portal to learn.
No waiting on a callback.

Same change, two very different afternoons

The part you cannot see

Every update rebuilds the half that machines read.

The update you just watched is the visible half. Underneath it, the same change rewrites the structure that search engines and AI assistants actually read when they decide who to mention.

  • Current beats clever

Assistants favor businesses whose information looks maintained. Every time you speak an update, the site says so.

  • Structure, not decoration

Services, service areas, hours, and common questions are written in the formats machines can parse, on every page, from day one.

  • Checked every month

We look at how your site reads against the businesses ranking above you, then send you the findings. Approving a fix is one tap, and ignoring it changes nothing.

What your customer sees

Design. The part everyone argues over.

What a machine reads

businessType:Medical spa
servesArea:Grand Traverse
openNow:evening appointments
treatments:11, each detailed
answers:14 common questions
lastUpdated:this week

Structure. The part that decides.

Every time you speak an update, both halves are rewritten.
You only ever see the first one.

The half you never look at is the half that gets you found

Who it is for

Owner operators who never get to the website.

We build for businesses where the phone ringing is the job, and the site is the thing that keeps sliding to next week. The frozen page looks different in each one.

  • Local professional services

Practice areas and staff pages written once, on launch day, and never touched again.

A consultant standing at a screen in a conference room, pointing at a website while colleagues look on.
  • Real estate and property management

Listing and neighborhood pages that went stale in March and have been quietly wrong ever since.

An agent presenting a property website on a large screen to a room of colleagues around a table.
  • Elective and appearance health

Treatments that changed months ago while the site carried on describing the old ones.

A clinician in a white coat presenting a practice website on a wall screen to her team in scrubs.
  • Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical

Emergency hours and service areas nobody can find at nine at night, when something has just failed.

A plumber sitting in the open door of his work van, writing on a clipboard at the end of a job.

Start here

See where you stand first.

We will look your business up the way one of your customers would, by asking AI for a recommendation in your town, and show you exactly what came back.

It costs nothing, it takes us a few minutes to put together, and the report is yours either way. If what you see is worth fixing, we can talk about it. If not, you still know where you stand.

By sending this you agree to receive email from IntuaSite about your Snapshot. One report, one follow up. We do not sell your information. Privacy policy.

Not ready for that? Check whether AI can read your site, no email needed.

Instant, free, no email

Can AI read your website?

Give us your web address and we will show you, in twelve checks, what can and cannot be read on your public pages. Nothing to install.

The Snapshot shows what AI says about your business. This shows whether it can read you at all.

We read only your public pages, the way a search engine does. Nothing from them is stored.

The check runs on our server and takes a few seconds. Here is what a result looks like.

Example result, not your site

5 of 12 checks passed

The basics are there. The parts a machine actually uses to decide who to mention are missing.

Can AI read the page at all

  • ×Content renders without JavaScriptYour headings are assembled by a script. An assistant that does not run scripts sees an empty page.
  • ×AI crawlers are allowedYour robots.txt blocks GPTBot and ClaudeBot. You almost certainly did not choose that.
  • A sitemap exists

Does it say who and where you are

  • ×LocalBusiness schemaNothing tells a machine what kind of business this is.
  • Address and location in structured form
  • Opening hours in structured form
  • ×Links to your profiles and directoriesDirectories are cited far more often than business sites. Nothing here connects you to yours.

Does it answer what people ask

  • One descriptive H1
  • ×A page per serviceOne catch-all Services page. Assistants answer specific questions, not general ones.
  • ×Published answers to common questionsNothing on the site answers what a customer asks before booking.

Does anything look current

  • A freshness signal exists
  • ×Something changed in the last twelve monthsThe most recent change on record is older than a year.

This is what a machine can read. The AI Visibility Snapshot shows what one actually says about you when a customer asks.

About

Who is behind this.

IntuaSite is a northern Michigan company. It is small on purpose, and it is run by someone who spent a career on the operator side of the businesses it serves.

Scott Withers

Founder, IntuaSite LLC

Twenty five years in beverage, distribution, and the trades before AI became full time work. Sales leadership over a territory north of $120 million. Back office operations for a regional mechanical contractor, which is where the frozen website problem stopped being an abstraction and started being something owners complained about in person.

MBA in Entrepreneurship, LSU Shreveport, 4.0. Completed Cornell's Designing and Building AI Solutions program, an AI governance certification, and a Cornell sales certificate. Also the founder of CenseoAI, which builds AI systems for larger companies. IntuaSite is the version of that work priced for a business with one location and no marketing department.

Based in Traverse City. Serving northern and northwest Michigan.

The promise, as constraints

Anyone can make a claim. These are operating rules, which is a different thing, because you can hold us to them.

  • Nothing publishes without your approval. Every change lands on a private copy of your site first. Your live site does not move until you tap publish.
  • Nothing is invented about your business. No made up credentials, no borrowed reviews, no filler copy describing services you do not offer.
  • Every fact is verified with you in writing before launch. Hours, address, phone, licenses, service area. In writing, before the site goes live, every time.
  • Every version is recoverable. If an update reads wrong, the previous version is one step back, not a support ticket.

Why northern Michigan, and why local businesses

Because these are the businesses most likely to be invisible to an AI assistant and least likely to have anyone on staff whose job it is to fix that. A contractor in Kalkaska and a clinic in Petoskey are competing for the same answer box as a franchise with a marketing department. The gap is not effort. It is that nobody ever told them the machines had stopped reading their site.

And because we live here. If you are in the Grand Traverse or Petoskey area, we are a short drive, not a support queue in another time zone.
